All character sets (fonts) must always be embedded in the PDF.
This is done automatically with the usual layout programmes.

Important: Always make sure that you own the licensing rights for fonts downloaded from the Internet.
In many cases, the licensing rights are the reason why fonts cannot be fully embedded in the PDF.
If you do not have the necessary licensing rights, the only option is usually to choose a different font.
