Generally speaking, you can always open projects created in the Bookfactory design software (with filenames ending in .bookfactory) using the software.

To ensure you can reorder your photo books at a later date, it is important to keep the software up to date. We also update our products and paper types.

Due to temperature variations, regular recalibration of the printing presses and different paper types, colour variations may occur during the printing process. Although we place great importance on ensuring colour reproduction is as consistent as possible, it is technically impossible to guarantee 100% identical colour reproduction across different production runs. Minor colour variations therefore fall

within the usual production tolerances.

However, should the print result differ significantly from your expectations and you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can contact our customer service team at any time. We will be happy to review your case and assess whether a more satisfactory result can be achieved through a free reprint.
