In most cases, this problem can be solved quite easily and is due to the display setting on your computer:

• Click on the Windows key at the bottom left
• Type the word "resolution" in the search field
• Click on "Change display resolution".
• Set the scaling and arrangement as a percentage
• Reduce this percentage to 100%
