Your project is not automatically saved in the Bookfactory design software. You must save it manually the first time to specify the correct location for the project.

You can do this within the project using the “CTRL+S” or “CMD+S” shortcut or by selecting “File” and “Save.” You’ll then be asked where and under what name you’d like to save your project.

In the settings, there’s also an option to save automatically. That way, you won’t have to worry about it while you’re working on the project.
