I have not received a confirmation emailUpdated 6 hours ago

After a successful order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email that also includes your order number. If you don’t receive it, please first check your Spam/Junk folder. Especially with Bluewin, our emails may end up in Spam because Bluewin has increased its security standards.

In general, if you are not sure whether your order has reached us, please contact us by phone first. Our production runs fully automatically, so any duplicate orders cannot be cancelled.

If Bookfactory emails land in the Spam folder of your Bluewin (Swisscom) mailbox, you can mark us as a safe sender as follows:

  1. Open the “Spam” folder in your Bluewin webmail.
  2. Look for an email from Bookfactory, for example an order confirmation or shipping information.
  3. Open the email and click “Kein Spam”. This moves the message to the inbox and tells Bluewin that messages from this address are desired in the future.
  4. In the open email, click the sender (e.g., [email protected]) and choose “Add to contacts”. Bluewin treats known contacts as safe.
  5. Optional: create a filter rule:
    • Open Settings → Email → Filter rules.
    • Choose “Add new rule”.
    • Condition: From contains “@bookfactory.ch”.
    • Action: Move to Inbox.

After that, our emails should reliably arrive in your regular inbox.
