Can I cancel my order?
Once you send your order, your book is being processed and sent to our printers automatically. For this reason, a cancellation of your order is unfortunately not possible.
Can I still change my order?
As our order processing and production systems are fully automated, orders can no longer be changed or cancelled once they have been submitted. Your files and order details are transferred directly to our production workflow and processed immediately
My album has printing defects. Can I get a replacement?
