My album has printing defects. Can I get a replacement?Updated a month ago

Whether a replacement is possible depends on the type of defect. If the issue is a production or printing defect that occurred during manufacturing, we will generally replace the product free of charge. Please contact our customer service team and send us photos of the issue so that we can review your claim.

In some cases, we may ask you to return the product for inspection. If required, we will provide a free return label by email.

If the issue is caused by spelling mistakes, incorrectly placed images or other design errors in the submitted file, we will review the case individually and work with you to find a suitable solution.
