My photo book arrived damaged. What should I do?Updated 13 days ago
If your photo book, photo album, wall art or any other photo product was damaged during shipping and the packaging shows visible signs of damage, please report the shipping damage within 8 working days of receiving your order. Send us photos of both the damaged product and the packaging using our contact form. We will report the damage to the shipping provider and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. Please keep the damaged product and the packaging, as the shipping provider may need to inspect them as part of the claim process.
