Problem: 'An error occurred while uploading your order.'Updated 4 hours ago

When attempting to send projects from the Bookfactory software upload list to the online cart, you receive the following message:  

‘An error occurred while uploading your order. Please try again later.’


Following reasons may trigger this message:

  • Poor internet connection
  • Firewall active in external antivirus software or in the device's internal protection
  • Bookfactory does not have all the necessary permission


The following solutions may help:

  • Turn the internet off and on again
  • Set up an exception rule for the Bookfactory software in the firewall of your antivirus software
  • Set up an exception rule for the Bookfactory software in the firewall of the device's internal antivirus protection
  • Check whether Bookfactory has all the necessary permissions
