‘An error occurred while uploading your order. Please try again later.’
Following reasons may trigger this message:
- Poor internet connection
- Firewall active in external antivirus software or in the device's internal protection
- Bookfactory does not have all the necessary permission
The following solutions may help:
- Turn the internet off and on again
- Set up an exception rule for the Bookfactory software in the firewall of your antivirus software
- Set up an exception rule for the Bookfactory software in the firewall of the device's internal antivirus protection
- Check whether Bookfactory has all the necessary permissions
