Problem: I cannot log into my Bookfactory user accountUpdated 22 days ago

The following reasons may be causing your login issues, along with possible solutions:

  • The password is incorrect
    • Click on ‘Forgotten your password?’ when logging in and reset your password

  • You registered with a different email address
    • Try a different email address or click on ‘Forgot password’ – if you do not receive an email, you may have used a different email address

  • You have not fully completedyour registration with Bookfactory
    • When registering, you must confirm your email address – please check your inbox, including your spam folder, to see if you have received our automatic confirmation email and click on the confirmation link

  • You last logged in several years ago
    • Inactive accounts may be deleted if there is no response to the automatically sent reminder. In this case, please contact customer support or register again.

  • Can’t click the link / The page isn’t loading?
    • Check your internet connection
    • From within the Bookfactory design software: Check whether your default browser and firewall are allowed to open links from the Bookfactory software 

  • None of the solutions worked?
