It may happen that we need so-called "log files" from the Bookfactory software for a more precise analysis of your problem. Proceed as follows:

• Start the Bookfactory design software
• Click on Help / Export log files in the task list.
• Save the log file to your desktop
• Your mail system will start automatically
• Drag the file into the attachment as described in the mail content
• Send the mail to us
