If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it in the login area.
To do this, navigate to the user account in the top right-hand corner so that the login window is displayed and carry out the following steps:

• Click on "Forgot your password?"
• Enter your e-mail address
• Click on "Request password
• Open your mail programme and click on the link in the mail content.
• (You may also want to check your junk mail folder)
• Once you have opened the link in your browser, enter your new password there.
• Log in again with the new password in the login window
